Am I missing something? Reportedly, Harvard’s school superintendent is currently under investigation by the state Ethics Commission, both the federal and state departments of education, the IRS, and the state district attorney. Harvard’s police chief is also allegedly investigating whether to file criminal charges. Jefferson’s contract has two years left on it.
Meanwhile, at a meeting that was not televised, the School Committee unanimously voted to add another year to it. Why? I’ve heard that love is blind, but this seems ridiculous.
