The board of directors of the Northwest Human Resources Association appointed Robert (Bob) Eubank of Old School House Road the executive director of the organization, effective August 13. Bob is a human resources professional and consultant. Most recently, he served as president of Swift Murdock. The Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) is an assocation for human resource professionals.
