Harvard residents Molly Cutler and Vanessa Perini were recently elected to serve three-year terms as corporators of Emerson Hospital. Cutler is an accounting consultant, Emerson Hospital volunteer, and a member of the Harvard Garden Club and Chilton Club, and serves on the boards of the Harvard Schools Trust and Harvard Conservation Trust. Perini serves on the Harvard Fourth of July Committee, volunteers with the Harvard Parent Teacher Association, and is a member of the Harvard Schools Trust.
Corporators represent the interests of the 25 communities served by Emerson Hospital. They become knowledgeable about the mission of Emerson and the services it provides through regular breakfast briefings and other events. In turn, they communicate information about the hospital’s programs and activities to residents and businesses in their towns. They also elect the hospital’s Board of Directors and new corporators at the annual meeting.
