The town hasn’t seen much snow this winter, but icy wind lets all residents know that winter’s here, and will be here for weeks to come. Harvard has money available for low-income senior citizens who could use some help paying for heat, so we hope that those who want help take advantage. Chances are good that they’ll be getting back some of their own money they paid in taxes.
