Much has been written and debated in the newspapers regarding the Harvard teachers’ lack of an employment contract. What is not known generally is that Harvard police officers and highway department workers have been working without employment contracts for nearly six months. Harvard’s teachers should receive a fair contract, but so should your police, Department of Public Works and Town Hall workers.
