Cranberry and Apple Crumble

½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
⅓ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon corn starch
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup butter, cut in small pieces
1 cup cranberries

Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine flou, sugar, brown sugar, and butter in a bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apple mixture. Toss well. Spoon apple mixture into a two-quart baking dish and sprinkle with flour mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
