Harvard Schools Trust and Carlson Orchards team up for virtual FUNdraiser

The Harvard Schools Trust held a virtual hard cider tasting at Carlson’s Cider Barn, Saturday, March 13. The day before the event, Zoom attendees picked up cider samples and charcuterie boards prepared by Carlson Orchards and soup made by local legend and cidermaker Chef Paul Correnty. During the event, Correnty led a panel of three Bromfield staff members and Zoom participants through a tasting of five ciders and entertained with his knowledge of cidermaking. The event was filmed by Harvard Cable TV for later broadcast.
