The question of what to do with town center buildings has been on Harvard’s “to-do” list for a long time. We were pleasantly surprised that turnout was high at last Saturday’s charrette to solicit ideas from the public about possible uses for some of these buildings. We applaud residents for their involvement, and encourage them to stay engaged in the process. And for those who could not attend, we encourage them to get involved now by attending the second charrette, scheduled for Feb. 27, to move the issue along and bring the possibilities envisioned one step closer to reality. To add your ideas, check out www.harvardpress.com/AboutHarvard/HarvardForums.aspx.
